For 36 days, all 12,000 plants were collected from the fields, carefully hung in a room of 1,500 m2, equipped with fans, dehumidifiers and a powerful stove with a large fan. The room was completely darkened to preserve the green colour of the plants. Drying was also done with the constant circulation of fresh air.
